1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk367 platform, including the website at pk367.vip, all associated mobile experiences, and any services provided thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk367 ("pk367", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms operate alongside the pk367 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

Use of the pk367 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk367 enforces age verification at the time of registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not in any professional or commercial capacity for third parties.
• You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program that prohibits your access to online gambling platforms.
• You must not have previously had a pk367 account closed by pk367 for breach of these Terms.

It is your sole and personal responsibility to determine whether your use of pk367 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. pk367 does not provide legal advice and makes no warranties regarding the lawfulness of access from any particular location. Pakistani players are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access wagering features on pk367, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional verification information requested by pk367.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account non-transferability: pk367 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.
• Credential security: You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You must keep your username, password, and any OTP codes confidential. pk367 will never ask you to disclose your password.
• KYC verification: pk367 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation (such as a CNIC) and proof of ownership of payment methods at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk367 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time, subject to availability and applicable terms.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the Platform's Cashier section and are subject to change without notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to you, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• pk367 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
• pk367 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or technical failures outside our direct control.
• Funds held in your pk367 account are not interest-bearing and pk367 does not guarantee the preservation of funds against insolvency. Players should not treat their pk367 balance as a savings instrument.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk367 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These game-specific rules are published within the Platform and form part of the overall agreement between you and pk367.

• pk367 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including, without limitation, bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error) and to correct such errors after the fact.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a deliberate delay and may be refused at pk367's discretion.
• pk367 may impose maximum bet limits, either globally or on specific markets, at any time without prior notice.
• All casino games on pk367 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures conducted under regulated studio conditions. The published Return to Player (RTP) and house edge figures for each game represent long-run theoretical outcomes and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, bilateral series, T20 World Cup, and other ICC events — are subject to the relevant sports betting rules published on the Platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk367 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, or other incentives ("Bonuses") to registered players. Each Bonus is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the individual for whom they are intended. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering with third parties, is prohibited.
• pk367 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including if pk367 reasonably suspects abuse.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. The specific wagering requirement for each Bonus is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Where a player attempts to withdraw real funds before meeting wagering requirements attached to a Bonus, pk367 reserves the right to deduct the Bonus amount and any winnings derived from it prior to processing the withdrawal.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pk367 Platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age or if you are subject to self-exclusion
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Operating more than one pk367 account
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or manual means
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Money laundering, or using pk367 in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activity
• Colluding with other players to obtain an unfair advantage
• Abusing or exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person

8. Responsible Gaming

pk367 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players may access these tools at any time through their account settings.

• Self-exclusion: Players may self-exclude from pk367 for periods ranging from a defined number of days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period has elapsed. pk367 will not accept bets from self-excluded players.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Reality checks: Session time reminders notify players of the duration of their active gaming session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk367 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game designs, data feeds, and databases — is the property of pk367 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without pk367's express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk367 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if pk367 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk367's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pk367 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk367 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Suspension & Termination

pk367 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Receipt of a valid court order or regulator instruction
• Where required to protect the integrity of the Platform or other players

Upon closure of your account, pk367 will return any verified PKR balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to pk367 (including bonus-related deductions where applicable), subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

12. Amendments

pk367 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
